1. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive your advance payment.

• Full payment must be made before the trip starts.

• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods we provide.

2. Trip Changes

• You can request date or plan changes at least 15 days before the trip.

• Changes are subject to availability and may cost extra.

3. What’s Included

Your package will list what’s included—like transport, stays, meals, etc. Anything not listed is not included.

4. Your Responsibility

• Carry valid ID and follow local rules.

• Respect nature, locals, and fellow travelers.

• You are responsible for your belongings.

5. Health & Safety

• Some areas are at high altitude. Make sure you’re fit for travel.

• We are not responsible for health issues or injuries during the trip.

6. Delays or Issues

• We’re not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, strikes, roadblocks, or other situations out of our control.

7. Photos and Media

• We may take photos or videos during tours. Let us know if you don’t want to be included.

8. Legal Terms

• These terms follow Indian laws. Any disputes will be handled in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
